Job Description

Forward Deployed Engineer integrating Jeeves’ stablecoin banking platform with enterprise finance systems. Owning customer implementations, payments workflows, and technical go-lives across Latin America.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and ship integrations between Jeeves and customer ERPs and accounting systems using APIs and webhooks
  • Map customer data models, including chart of accounts, cost centers, entities, and vendors, to Jeeves and keep them synchronized
  • Debug integration issues end to end, from API logs through customer month-end reconciliation
  • Build reusable integration patterns and internal tools to accelerate customer go-lives
  • Scope and configure multi-entity, multi-currency setups with customer finance teams
  • Design stablecoin payment and settlement flows alongside traditional rails such as SPEI, PIX, ACH, and SWIFT
  • Help customers handle country-specific tax and e-invoicing requirements within Jeeves workflows
  • Collaborate with Compliance and Risk teams to keep customer setups within regulatory guardrails
  • Own technical onboarding for strategic accounts from scoping through go-live and adoption
  • Run technical workshops with customer engineering and finance teams, sometimes on-site
  • Write implementation plans, manage timeline expectations, and flag risks
  • Serve as the technical point of contact after go-live for escalations and expansion
  • Convert recurring customer requests into prioritized Product and Engineering feedback
  • Partner with Sales and Account Management on technical discovery, solution design, and proofs of concept
  • Document integration guides, edge cases, and playbooks for the wider team

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of professional experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or technical implementation, including at least 2 years in customer-facing technical work
  • Strong hands-on coding in at least one of Python, TypeScript/Node, or Go
  • Production experience building against REST APIs and webhooks
  • Solid SQL and data-mapping skills, demonstrated by integrations or data pipelines built and supported
  • Track record of owning a customer project through go-live, including managing timelines and customer-side stakeholders
  • Professional fluency in English plus Spanish and/or Portuguese
  • Ability to travel to customer sites in Latin America as needed
  • Experience in fintech or payments, especially card issuing, SPEI, PIX, ACH, SWIFT, or cross-border money movement
  • Experience integrating with an ERP, accounting, or financial system such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, TOTVS, QuickBooks, or Xero
  • Working understanding of AP, reconciliation, month-end close, and multi-entity accounting
  • Hands-on work with stablecoin, on/off-ramp, or digital asset infrastructure
  • Experience with LatAm e-invoicing and tax systems such as CFDI, NF-e, and DIAN
  • Previous forward deployed, solutions architect, or implementation engineer role at a startup
  • Experience building internal tooling that shortened implementation time
