Job Description

Forward Deployed Engineer integrating Jeeves’ stablecoin-native banking platform with enterprise ERPs and finance systems. Owning customer implementations, payments workflows, and technical go-live across Latin America.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and ship integrations between Jeeves and customer ERPs and accounting systems using APIs and webhooks
  • Map customer data models, including charts of accounts, cost centers, entities, and vendors, and keep them synchronized
  • Debug integration issues end to end, from API logs through month-end reconciliation
  • Build reusable integration patterns and internal tools to accelerate customer go-live
  • Scope and configure multi-entity, multi-currency setups with customer finance teams
  • Design stablecoin payment and settlement flows alongside SPEI, PIX, ACH, and SWIFT
  • Help customers address country-specific tax and e-invoicing requirements such as CFDI, NF-e, and DIAN
  • Collaborate with Compliance and Risk to maintain regulatory compliance
  • Own technical onboarding for strategic accounts from scoping through go-live and adoption
  • Run technical workshops with customer engineering and finance teams, sometimes on-site
  • Create implementation plans, manage timelines, communicate expectations, and flag risks
  • Serve as the technical point of contact for post-go-live escalations and expansion
  • Convert recurring customer requests into prioritized Product and Engineering input
  • Partner with Sales and Account Management on technical discovery, solution design, and proofs of concept
  • Document integration guides, edge cases, and playbooks

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of professional experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or technical implementation, including at least 2 years in customer-facing technical work
  • Strong hands-on coding in at least one of Python, TypeScript/Node, or Go
  • Production experience building against REST APIs and webhooks
  • Solid SQL and data-mapping skills
  • Track record of owning a customer project through go-live, including managing timelines and customer-side stakeholders
  • Professional fluency in English plus Spanish and/or Portuguese
  • Ability to travel to customer sites in Latin America as needed
  • Preferred: Experience in fintech or payments, ERP/accounting/financial-system integrations, finance operations, stablecoin or digital-asset infrastructure, LatAm e-invoicing and tax systems, forward-deployed/solutions architect/implementation engineering, or internal tooling
