Job Description
Foundational Data Resources Analyst optimizing sales forecasting, analytics, and revenue operations for Hewlett Packard Enterprise’s edge-to-cloud technology business. Supporting North America sales teams with process and tool improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement portions of processes and tools supporting sales forecasting, analytics, metrics, quotes and pricing, order management, invoicing, and operations support
- Evaluate sales operations processes and activities using relevant analytics, standards, and metrics
- Review evaluation results to identify trends and issues
- Analyze findings and develop recommendations to improve tools and processes
- Track the effectiveness of process and tool changes
- Communicate process and tool issue analysis to stakeholders
- Implement specified changes to improve performance and efficiency
- Develop, implement, and utilize sales lifecycle processes and tools
- Report and analyze order pipeline, bookings, revenue forecasting, revenue reporting, sales productivity, and goal attainment
- Maintain and enhance sales force automation systems, product/service costing models, and margin management tools
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Business Management or equivalent
- Typically 5+ years of experience in analytics, sales enablement, and sales planning
- Experience with SFDC preferred
- Experience with Anaplan preferred
- Experience with Oracle preferred
- Experience with PowerBI preferred
- Experience with SAP preferred
- Experience partnering with Sales preferred
- Experience implementing policies, processes, and analytics methods supporting sales activities
- Analytical, statistics, and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of business and sales operations processes and practices
- Knowledge of forecasting and planning methodologies for deploying resources and activities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Mastery in English and local language
- Ability to communicate quality plans, proposals, and results and negotiate options
