Job Description
Market Development Engineer at Arrow Electronics guiding R&D in FPGA technology. Collaborating with sales teams to grow market share in EMEA region.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for growing FPGA market share in cooperation with FAE and sales team
- Observing and analyzing market trends and adapting the manufacturer’s portfolio
- Implement & execute EMEA supplier strategy and programs within the local region
- Summarize and drive regular business updates with the supplier
- Help development Engineers select the right FPGA technologies and components
- Involved in various development projects of customers
- Preparing & conducting trainings, events, and technical meetings with customers and suppliers
- Guiding technical direction/priorities based on suppliers shaping strategy and market situation
Requirements:
- Experience with electronics and innovative technology
- Technical excellence with a proven excellent track record in business development
- M.Sc/B.Sc Engineer or equivalent within electronics
- Need to understand FPGA technology in depth
- Preferably experience in FPGA electronic design
- Outgoing personality
- Fluent in English and German
- Driving license and willingness to travel around Germany, Switzerland and Benelux countries
