Job Description

Fractional sales and marketing leader for Seattle design-build remodeler. Building qualified remodeling opportunities, referral channels, and a repeatable revenue-focused sales process.

Responsibilities:

  • Own sales and marketing outcomes as the outsourced sales and marketing leader
  • Report directly to the founding principal
  • Lead and direct the Marketing Coordinator / Lead Gen VA
  • Build and manage a trackable pipeline of qualified remodeling opportunities
  • Define and filter ideal projects
  • Implement systems for tracking leads, follow-ups, and conversion
  • Set inbound and outbound lead generation strategy
  • Direct daily and weekly marketing priorities
  • Oversee website, content, and digital presence
  • Guide messaging and campaigns
  • Refine marketing output
  • Sharpen brand positioning and maintain consistency across outward-facing touchpoints
  • Improve lead qualification, nurturing, and closing
  • Support proposal strategy, pricing positioning, and client communication
  • Establish a repeatable sales process from inquiry to signed contract
  • Build a structured, accountable growth system tied to revenue

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in sales and marketing within construction, trades, or B2B services
  • Experience leading or directing junior marketing/lead gen support
  • Experience building sales pipelines
  • Strong understanding of relationship-driven selling
  • Ability to operate at both strategy and execution level
  • Comfortable working directly with an owner and a small, growing team
  • Clear communication skills and ability to create focus and accountability
  • Ability to provide a background overview, comparable work examples, and typical engagement structure when applying
