Job Description
Online French tutor delivering personalized video lessons to Portland students through TeachMe.To's peer-to-peer learning marketplace. Setting schedule and rates independently.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-on-one French tutoring sessions over video tailored to each student's goals, level, and learning style
- Help students build speaking confidence through guided conversation and pronunciation practice
- Strengthen grammar, vocabulary, and reading comprehension
- Track student growth, assign practice, and maintain motivation across sessions
Requirements:
- Fluency in French
- Prior experience teaching or tutoring French
- Reliable internet connection
- Quiet space for online video lessons
- Excellent communication skills to engage, motivate, and effectively teach students of all levels
