Job Description

Frontend Developer building Vue applications for Immense Group’s in-house projects. Creating reusable UI components, integrating APIs, and improving application performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Design features, write code, perform code reviews, and solve problems for in-house projects
  • Work as part of a development team that owns and drives continuous improvement of its business domain using agile methodologies
  • Build efficient, testable, and reusable UI components
  • Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges
  • Troubleshoot application and code issues
  • Integrate REST and GraphQL APIs and propose new ones where needed
  • Make effective use of client-side storage solutions
  • Maintain and refactor application features, including legacy code, to improve performance
  • Conduct analysis of UX/UI projects and application requirements
  • Help track requests, issues, work progress, and other changes
  • Use AI tools thoughtfully to support development, testing, and documentation
  • Adapt responsibilities over time in line with business needs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • At least 3 years' experience in a comparable software development role
  • Experience with Vue is required; familiarity with other SPA frameworks/libraries is an advantage but not a substitute
  • Extensive knowledge of modern JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
  • Strong knowledge of semantic HTML5 and modern CSS3, including Flexbox and Grid
  • Hands-on experience with Vite or similar build tools such as Webpack
  • Proficient with version control systems, including Git
  • Experience resolving cross-browser and cross-device compatibility issues
  • Experience consuming REST and GraphQL APIs
  • Comfortable working with AI-assisted development tools, including AI coding assistants and MCP integrations
  • Nice to have: experience with real-time communication handling, such as WebSockets or Server-Sent Events
  • Nice to have: experience with iframe interactions and cross-origin communication, such as postMessage
  • Nice to have: basic knowledge of Docker
  • Nice to have: basic familiarity with the Unix shell
  • Nice to have: basic understanding of SEO best practice
  • Nice to have: basic knowledge of SQL
  • Nice to have: ability to read and understand PHP code
