Job Description
Desenvolvedor Frontend React/Angular construindo a plataforma proprietária de e-commerce do Grupo Boticário. Definindo arquitetura escalável, migrando Angular para React e garantindo alta performance.
Responsibilities:
- Build and evolve Grupo Boticário’s proprietary e-commerce platform
- Develop high-performance, scalable, interactive, and responsive user interfaces
- Write code, perform unit testing, deploy, monitor applications in production, and ensure application stability
- Participate in the support rotation, alarm monitoring, and on-call rotation for handling the squad’s tickets
- Serve as a technical reference for the team
- Support team development through Code Reviews and Pair Programming
- Lead the evolution and maturity of the e-commerce platform
- Explore new technologies and define front-end architecture standards
- Ensure the migration of legacy Angular code to React
- Collaborate with e-commerce technology, infrastructure, DevOps, and marketplace teams
- Keep technical documentation up to date
- Participate in product implementation decisions with an ownership mindset
Requirements:
- Advanced proficiency and experience with React and its modern ecosystem
- JavaScript (ES6+) / TypeScript
- Practical knowledge of or familiarity with Angular for legacy code migration projects
- Experience with automated unit, integration, and end-to-end (E2E) testing
- Git version control
- Consumption and integration of REST APIs
- Techniques for optimizing page load times and performance
- Knowledge of accessibility and front-end conversion optimization
- Well-established knowledge of Software Architecture, Design Systems, and Micro-frontends
- Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as New Relic, Datadog, or similar platforms
- Experience working in Agile environments, including Scrum/Kanban
- Continuous integration and CI/CD practices
- Preferred: practical knowledge of Node.js
- Preferred: experience with e-commerce platforms and marketplace ecosystems
- Preferred: experience with GraphQL, Next.js, Monorepos, and Google Core Web Vitals
- Preferred: knowledge of AWS/GCP, AWS Lambda, Docker, Kubernetes, Sonar, and Fortify
- Ability to work autonomously and proactively
- Results-oriented approach when facing complex scenarios
- Willingness to participate in support activities, on-call rotations, and ticket handling
- Effective communication, adaptability, and ability to interact with technical and business teams
