Job Description
Frontend Software Developer specializing in web app frameworks to maintain Ava’s EMR system. Work collaboratively with diverse teams in a fully remote environment across Canada.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the Product, Development, and DevOps teams to develop and maintain the EMR built on Ruby on Rails
- Improve and maintain testing infrastructure
- Participate and provide support in Agile Scrum activities
- Write and maintain technical documentation
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience with any web app framework, including writing and maintaining tests
- Strong understanding of Javascript, HTML, CSS
- Understanding of User Experience design heuristics
- A background in design (UX/UI, graphic) is an asset
- Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with healthcare systems preferred but not required.
