Job Description
Frontend Software Engineer developing efficient, scalable user interfaces for RD Station's CRM. Collaborating with skilled team members to enhance user experience and ensure technical quality.
Responsibilities:
- You will be part of the Fênix team, one of the teams responsible for developing the pre-sales journey within RD Station's CRM.
- The challenge is to collaborate with an experienced, highly qualified team that has deep CRM knowledge to build solutions that directly impact user experience and customer success.
- Develop and maintain efficient, scalable front-end interfaces aligned with the CRM architecture;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features that meet business needs;
- Ensure code quality through best practices, automated testing, and code reviews;
- Contribute to the continuous evolution of the frontend architecture, supporting the adoption of new technologies and patterns;
- Assist with technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in frontend development, especially with React;
- Experience with version control using Git and development best practices;
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) tools;
- Understanding of modern frontend architecture, including design systems and micro-frontends;
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and communicate clearly.
