Job Description
Senior Full Stack Engineer building scalable Python FastAPI and React applications for Prometteur Solutions. Integrating AI/ML capabilities into production software and APIs.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain robust, scalable, high-performance full-stack web applications using Python FastAPI and React.js
- Architect and optimize relational SQL and non-relational NoSQL database schemas
- Integrate AI/ML technologies, including predictive modeling, NLP, or LLM-driven features, into production workflows
- Drive critical product features from technical specification through design, development, testing, and production deployment
- Design and maintain clean, secure, well-documented RESTful APIs using FastAPI
- Optimize frontend performance and backend API latency for low-latency responsiveness and high availability
- Articulate technical designs and trade-offs to engineers, product managers, and executive stakeholders
- Advocate for clean code, solid unit and integration testing, CI/CD, and conduct code reviews
Requirements:
- B. Tech or higher qualification
- 7–10 years of professional software development experience in an enterprise or high-growth tech environment
- Expertise in Python with hands-on proficiency in asynchronous frameworks, specifically FastAPI
- Strong proficiency in modern React.js, including Hooks, state management solutions like Redux/Zustand, and modern UI libraries
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL
- Strong hands-on experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, DynamoDB, and Redis
- Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML libraries and models such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-Learn, OpenAI API, LangChain, or Hugging Face into real-world applications
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Firm grasp of Microservices architecture, RESTful API design, and asynchronous task processing
- Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Preferred: experience with Vector Databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, or Chroma
- Preferred: experience with DevOps, Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, and monitoring/logging tools
- Preferred: understanding of MLOps pipelines and model deployment strategies
- Any relevant AI/ML and Cloud certification is an advantage
