Job Description
Desenvolvedor Full Stack na Capco, consultoria global de tecnologia para serviços financeiros e energia. Construção de soluções Java, Spring Boot, React e AWS para plataforma financeira corporativa.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain full-stack features using Java 21, Spring Boot, React 18, and TypeScript
- Develop and enhance REST APIs, BFFs, and domain services
- Work with API Gateway and API Management, considering security, governance, and system integration
- Work with BFF architecture, integrating the frontend, domain services, and other systems
- Implement integrations with upstream and downstream systems, handling unavailability, timeouts, errors, and varying responses
- Develop React interfaces with reusable, accessible components aligned with application standards
- Design and evolve data models in PostgreSQL/Amazon Aurora and execute controlled migrations with Flyway
- Implement authentication and authorization using JWT, Spring Security, and OAuth 2.0
- Develop and maintain automated unit, integration, frontend, and E2E tests, including accessibility testing
- Work with AWS, particularly ECS, S3, Secrets Manager, CloudWatch, and Aurora DB
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, including builds, testing, and deployment
- Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, incident analysis, and technical decision-making
- Apply Git, branching, and code versioning practices
- Use AI-assisted development tools such as Claude and GitHub Copilot while maintaining ownership of and understanding the code
- Collaborate daily with engineering, architecture, business, stakeholders, and the United States team to deliver high-quality software solutions
Requirements:
- Strong experience with Java 17 or 21 and Spring Boot
- Hands-on experience with React 18 and TypeScript
- Experience developing and consuming REST APIs and working with BFF-based architectures
- Knowledge of API Gateway and API Management
- Knowledge of relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL, and migrations with Flyway
- Knowledge of application security, including JWT, authentication, authorization, and Spring Security
- Experience with automated testing and software quality practices
- Familiarity with AWS and cloud environments
- Ability to investigate issues, identify ambiguities, and challenge unclear requirements
- Strong communication and ability to interact with technical teams, business stakeholders, and other stakeholders
- Advanced spoken and written English — mandatory
- Knowledge of architectural patterns is a plus
- Experience integrating upstream and downstream systems is a plus
- Experience in the financial services and/or insurance sectors is a plus, but not required
