Job Description
Full-Stack Developer supporting client applications with N2 and N3 assistance for Compass UOL. Handling maintenance, optimizations, and training while creating documentation for team knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary support for client applications handling L2 and L3 support;
- Perform corrective maintenance (debugging and code fixes);
- Implement adaptations and small optimizations/improvements;
- Analyze code-level performance;
- Debug and resolve complex issues;
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) to prevent recurrence;
- Provide training and knowledge transfer;
- Create and update technical documentation;
- Act as a knowledge base for all team levels (L2 and L3).
Requirements:
- Experience in Backend Development;
- Proficiency in Java;
- Experience with the Spring Boot framework;
- Proficiency in Python;
- Experience with Node.js;
- Experience in Frontend Development;
- Experience with Angular;
- Experience with React;
- Experience with Vue.js;
- Experience with Next.js.
