Job Description
Full-Stack Engineer at BetterMe focusing on workout experience and product features development. Combining backend and frontend development using modern tools and methodologies.
Responsibilities:
- Build and improve product features for the workout experience
- Enhance content management systems using React, Vue, and JavaScript
- Participate in multiple aspects of the SDLC, including planning, development, testing, and deployment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features
Requirements:
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- Full-stack development skills (backend PHP, frontend JavaScript, jQuery, React/Vue)
- Experience with Agentic Coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, Cursor)
- Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
- Understanding of AWS ecosystem and DevOps practices
- Familiarity with microservices, microfrontends, and asynchronous communication (e.g., RabbitMQ, Apache Kafka, Amazon SQS)
