Job Description
Full Stack Engineer in the Kubernetes team at DoiT, building scalable cloud-based infrastructure. Play a key role in developing solutions for enhancing performance and cost efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product, backend, and frontend engineers to deliver elegant, well-thought-out solutions for complex problems.
- Implement features end-to-end - from proposal and design through implementation, testing, and maintenance. Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following engineering best practices, and contribute to code reviews that raise overall quality.
- Improve the health and maintainability of the codebase, proactively identifying and addressing technical debt.
- Participate in team planning and provide thoughtful feedback during design discussions to identify challenges and opportunities early.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of software development experience, ideally full stack (Go lang, React + Node.js/TypeScript) or strong backend/frontend, willing to expand skills.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture, API design, and cloud-native environments (AWS, GCP, and/or Azure).
- Familiarity with cloud billing models, cost optimization, and cloud commitment management (e.g., Savings Plans, CUDs, SPs, RIs).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English, both written and verbal.

- Experience working with Kubernetes and containerized applications in production environments.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tooling (CI/CD, GitOps, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Solid understanding of databases (relational and non-relational) like BigQuery, ClickHouse, Firestore
