Job Description
Desenvolvedor Fullstack Node/React para soluções digitais do Grupo Boticário, maior franquia de cosméticos do planeta. Construção, monitoramento e evolução de aplicações para varejistas e franqueados.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver value directly to VDI users, especially sales consultants in the Reseller Space and franchisees of Grupo Boticário
- Propose and build solutions while considering development lifecycle practices, non-functional requirements, and cost optimization
- Participate in technical discussions and implement architectures prioritized by the team
- Create ADRs and design documents
- Ensure active monitoring of the production environment and critical user journeys
- Track, challenge, and share metrics and technical solution trade-offs
- Take ownership of problems and outages by troubleshooting and resolving root causes
- Document postmortems and execute corrective action plans
- Support colleagues’ technical development through pairing, code reviews, and feedback
- Share technical knowledge and connect with developers from other teams
- Develop reusable artifacts for the squad/tribe
- Participate in product discussions, analysis, refinement, and requirements documentation
- Prioritize high-impact activities, anticipate problems, and remove blockers
- Turn abstract ideas into actionable tasks during planning and refinement
- Define solutions and participate in epic refinement
- Write code with security as a top priority
- Increase automated test coverage
- Influence and support improvements in code quality and reliability
Requirements:
- Ability to work autonomously in a cross-functional, multilingual, and collaborative environment
- Back-end development experience, preferably with JavaScript and/or TypeScript (Node.js)
- Front-end development experience, preferably with JavaScript and/or React
- Strong experience with automated testing strategies and implementation, including unit, E2E, and regression testing
- Strong experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational databases (DynamoDB, MongoDB, DocumentDB)
- Experience with CI/CD, GitFlow, GitHub, GitHub Actions, and Sonar
- Knowledge of synchronous and asynchronous architectures
- Experience with incident management and observability/monitoring tools such as New Relic and Crashlytics
- Knowledge of or experience with AWS infrastructure and fundamentals, including EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, SQS, RDS, DocumentDB, DynamoDB, ElastiCache for Redis, and AWS Glue
- Experience with agile methodologies such as Kanban
- Ability to document processes, postmortems, APIs, and ADRs, and influence the ongoing maintenance of this documentation
- Nice to have: supporting less senior peers; experience with experimentation tools (VWO, Optimizely, Firebase A/B Testing), hexagonal/clean architecture, and AI development/use
