Job Description
Remote specialist analyzing insurance records and supporting underwriting decisions. Managing policy onboarding, payments, data quality, and investor reporting for longevity funds.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze insurance contracts and medical records to support underwriting decisions
- Organize documentation for complex insurance cases
- Own policy onboarding and premium payment processing
- Track policy and operational updates for longevity funds
- Conduct quality control checks
- Maintain financial spreadsheets, valuation files, and investor reports
- Identify discrepancies and suggest workflow improvements
- Proactively communicate important findings and context
Requirements:
- Meticulous accuracy and attention to detail

- Ability to consult SOPs and independently review extensive training materials
- Proactive insights and solution-oriented approach
- Commitment to care, growth, and professionalism
- Excel proficiency
- Comfort learning specialized industry systems such as LexServ, ProtectFlow, or Lyric
