Job Description

German-speaking freelance customer service for TRETMANN’s innovative sports equipment. Handling written Amazon and email support plus incoming calls remotely.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries by email and through Amazon
  • Manage Amazon channels, including Buyer-Seller Messaging, A-to-z Claims, and returns
  • Answer incoming calls and provide information about products
  • Coordinate with logistics and returns teams
  • Keep the ticketing system up to date and document inquiries
  • Contribute ideas for improving customer service
  • Support customers in using rowing machines, pedal exercisers, and other sports equipment

Requirements:

  • Native-level German, both written and spoken
  • Experience communicating with customers in writing
  • Ability to formulate messages confidently and accurately
  • Experience providing customer service through Amazon
  • Knowledge of Seller Central, Buyer-Seller Messaging, A-to-z Claims, and returns processing
  • Telephone support experience
  • Friendly and patient manner in stressful situations
  • Experience working from home
  • Ability to structure your daily work independently and communicate proactively
  • Own laptop, USB headset, stable internet connection, and a quiet room for calls
  • Flexibility regarding working hours: 40 hours per week from October to March; 20 to 40 hours per week in summer, by agreement
  • Basic technical understanding of sports equipment is a plus
