Job Description
Global HEOR Lead shaping evidence, economic models and HTA submissions for Grünenthal’s pain-management pharmaceuticals. Enabling reimbursement, patient access and commercialization across international markets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop integrated evidence strategies, including Real-World Evidence and economic modelling, to meet payer and country needs
- Partner with Market Access, Medical Affairs, Asset Teams and R&D Project Teams to embed payer-relevant endpoints and patient-reported outcomes into clinical development programmes
- Co-lead evidence-generation projects and communicate results through publications, conference presentations and other relevant channels
- Drive early payer engagement and support successful Health Technology Assessment submissions, including AMNOG, NICE and JCA
- Lead the development of economic models, value materials and innovative tools supporting launch preparation, payer negotiations and local market access
- Integrate country requirements into global strategies to enable successful affiliate-level commercialisation
- Build relationships with external health economic experts, clinical opinion leaders, policymakers, organisations and industry peers
- Strengthen HEOR capabilities and support development of a broader Market Access advisory network across the organisation
Requirements:
- An advanced university degree, at Master’s level or above, in economics, pharmaceuticals, public health or a related discipline
- Approximately 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in HEOR and Real-World Evidence
- Strong track record in developing and publishing economic models and real-world evidence for market access purposes
- Experience leading early payer engagement and successful HTA submissions that achieved meaningful value recognition
- Experience managing complex projects within a cross-functional matrix environment
- Experience within speciality medicine
- Strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to connect local competitive considerations with global and international priorities
- Confidence navigating ambiguity, uncertainty and complexity in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and innovative approach to evidence generation, economic modelling, pricing and market access
- Excellent stakeholder management, collaboration, communication and presentation skills
