Job Description

Global Product Owner leading Solventum’s AI-powered autonomous coding platform. Shaping healthcare coding workflows, product strategy, analytics, and roadmap execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Own release planning for the product workflow, including creation and prioritization of initiatives and EPICs aligned to roadmap, customer value, and business goals
  • Lead weekly meta-scrum discussions with Development, Product Analysis, and cross-functional partners
  • Conduct voice-of-customer activities, market research, usage analysis, surveys, and feedback reviews
  • Develop product strategy and long-term roadmap direction, including ROI, feature adoption, integration plans, reference site strategy, technology gaps, and innovation opportunities
  • Identify KPIs, track product performance, and develop data visualizations and reports
  • Support business reviews and stakeholder deliverables, including financial updates, marketing roadmap slides, sales updates, and product-level P&L readiness
  • Collaborate with Marketing on VOC, ROI development, product awareness, internal forums, and product branding
  • Coordinate with Sales and Commercial partners on workflow inquiries, pricing, tender responses, customer updates, demos, thought leadership, and positioning
  • Manage NPI activities, CMR approvals, webinar content, and training needs
  • Provide product demos to validate functionality and complementary features
  • Set clinical and technical direction and work with product development teams
  • Champion Agile principles
  • Create an atmosphere of innovation and enable professional growth
  • Own conflict and change management activities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution, completed and verified prior to start
  • Eight (8) years of clinical software experience
  • Eight (8) years of Medical Coding expertise in Outpatient Facility settings (Same Day Surgery, ED, Observation, Ancillary)
  • Coding Certification (RHIA, RHIT, CCS, COC)
  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets to support business decision-making
  • Experience using SQL, Power BI, and Amazon QuickSight to query, analyze, and report on data
  • Experience applying statistical methods and techniques to analyze data and evaluate predictive models
  • Experience communicating technical and business information to diverse audiences
  • Experience gathering, analyzing, and incorporating user, customer, or stakeholder requirements into solutions
  • Experience with web analytics tools
  • Experience communicating clinical concepts and terminology to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status
  • Familiarity with product management methodologies
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology and experience working with distributed team members
  • Ability to solve problems in a logical, methodical, and time-efficient manner
  • Ability to direct and influence others
