Job Description
Recruiter responsible for full-cycle recruiting for technical roles at innovative AI SaaS company. Building talent pipelines and supporting hiring across multiple functions during rapid growth.
Responsibilities:
- Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles including Software Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, Product, and DevOps across U.S. and international markets
- Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for high-priority and hard-to-fill technical roles, reducing reliance on reactive sourcing
- Partner closely with Engineering and Product leadership to deeply understand team structures, technical stacks, and role requirements — translating that into compelling, accurate job positioning
- Develop and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, GitHub, direct outreach, niche communities, referrals) tailored to technical candidate personas
- Conduct candidate assessments that evaluate both technical fit and cultural alignment, partnering with hiring managers on structured interview design
- Support hiring across GTM (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success), G&A, and Operations functions as business priorities shift
- Review resumes as well as conduct interviews and candidate screens to evaluate technical capabilities, soft skills, and overall cultural fit
- Flex across multiple open requisitions simultaneously, balancing technical and non-technical searches with strong prioritization and stakeholder communication
- Serve as a trusted recruiting partner to hiring managers across all functions, providing market insights, candidate feedback, and process guidance
- Play an active role in talent integration during M&A activity, including assessment of acquired talent pools and backfill planning
- Partner with People Operations and business leadership to develop recruiting strategies that support smooth organizational integration post-acquisition
- Help identify role redundancies, gaps, and headcount needs arising from M&A activity in coordination with HR and Finance
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for international roles with a working understanding of local hiring norms, market conditions, and candidate expectations
- Partner with People Operations on compliant job posting, offer structuring, and onboarding across different jurisdictions
- Build relationships with international sourcing channels, agencies, and talent communities relevant to our active markets
- Develop, maintain and continuously enhance all processes related to our applicant tracking system (ATS), including hiring manager guides, pipeline stages, application forms and questionnaires, feedback surveys, etc.
- Set up all job requisitions and monitor candidate progress
- Maintain accurate, timely data within the ATS to ensure pipeline visibility and reporting integrity
- Track and report on key recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rate, and pipeline conversion
- Deliver a consistently excellent candidate experience at every stage — responsive communication, organized interview processes, and thoughtful feedback loops
- Identify and recommend process improvements to increase recruiting efficiency and quality of hire as the organization scales
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2 years focused on technical roles (Engineering, Data, ML, or Product)
- Demonstrated experience recruiting in a high-growth, fast-changing environment — SaaS, AI/ML, or enterprise tech strongly preferred
- Exposure to M&A recruiting or talent integration is a meaningful plus
- Experience recruiting for international roles or across multiple geographies
- Strong technical literacy — you don’t need to write code, but you can credibly discuss engineering roles, understand technical job requirements, and assess candidate fit with confidence
- Proficiency using various sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, GitHub, etc.) and in managing ATS platforms (preferably Rippling)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent Capacity compellingly; fluency in both English and Spanish is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, you manage multiple open roles and stakeholders without things falling through the cracks
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity; you can build structure where it doesn’t exist and adapt quickly when priorities shift
- Data-oriented — you track what matters, report accurately, and use metrics to continuously improve your approach
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience preferred
Benefits:
- Employer-paid health insurance (for you and your eligible dependents)
- Profit Interest Units/incentive compensation
- Unlimited vacation policy
- 401(k) with a company match
- Short term disability insurance
- Group life AD&D insurance
- A supportive, diverse workplace where we prioritize respect for each other and our clients
