Job Description
GTM Engineer owning AI automation, website engineering, analytics, and RFP systems. Sirona Medical builds cloud-native, AI-powered software for radiology workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Own the Claude-based GTM Brain plugin, including its Python core, shared vault, skills, hardening, and automation delivery
- Drive adoption of GTM processes, maintain a trustworthy knowledge base, ship improvements, onboard teammates, and provide first-line support
- Own the GTM analytics dashboard using Next.js and a deterministic Python fact store, integrating Salesforce, HubSpot, and GA4
- Own the sironamedical.com codebase using Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind v4, and Vercel
- Build product and campaign pages, HubSpot forms, animations, diagrams, and marketing visuals based on Figma designs
- Project-manage RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires from parsing through delivery
- Route RFP gaps to subject-matter experts in Asana and deliver responses in customers’ formats and on time
- Own technical materials, architecture, integration and security documentation, sandbox and demo environments
- Serve as the in-house engineer for technical questions on customer calls
- Run multi-step sales-cycle programs, proposals, contracts, cross-functional requests, owners, dates, handoffs, documentation, instrumentation, and automation
- Keep Salesforce, HubSpot, Asana, and dashboard systems connected and trustworthy through automation
- Collaborate weekly with the President and Founder and daily with the GTM team
Requirements:
- A CS or adjacent degree (or equivalent demonstrated ability); post-school engineering experience optional but valued
- Production coding experience; TypeScript/React and Python, or ability to learn quickly
- Daily use of AI coding and agent tools
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Clear writing and strong organization
- Ability to manage multi-week RFPs with numerous stakeholders
- Bias to action and comfort with ambiguity
- Nice to have: ambition to start a company
- Nice to have: healthcare, health-tech, medical-imaging, or other regulated-industry exposure
- Nice to have: design sense, including Figma, motion, and front-end
- Nice to have: analytics/BI, SQL, dashboarding, and GA4
- Nice to have: side projects or a startup used by people
