Job Description
Graphic Designer role at Alfafam, a US-based consulting company. Focus on beauty, skincare, and wellness brands with AI-driven design tools.
Responsibilities:
- Create visual brand concepts for beauty, skincare, hair care, body care, wellness, personal care, and pet care products.
- Support packaging design, label layouts, product mockups, product presentations, and product development materials.
- Design ecommerce graphics, social media assets, digital content, advertising creatives, and launch materials.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, or similar platforms to explore product visuals, lifestyle imagery, content ideas, creative concepts, and design variations.
- Develop and refine AI prompts to support visual concepting, product development, brand direction, and creative production.
- Support multiple brands and product categories across a large consumer product portfolio.
- Maintain consistency across brand assets, packaging, ecommerce content, and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with internal team members to turn product ideas, brand direction, and marketing needs into clear visual assets.
- Take feedback and apply revisions quickly while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Stay current with beauty, ecommerce, fashion, wellness, social media, packaging, and consumer product trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing project management within a fast-paced, technology-driven or agency environment.
- Excellent client-facing communication skills, with the ability to translate marketing strategy into clear action plans.
- Committed to delivering measurable results and high client satisfaction.
- Strong visual taste and interest in beauty, fashion, skincare, hair care, wellness, ecommerce, branding, or consumer products.
- Interest in using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, or other creative AI tools.
- Portfolio, coursework, internship work, freelance projects, student work, or personal creative projects showing design ability.
- Ability to work across multiple products, brands, and creative directions.
- Ability to take direction, receive feedback, and improve creative work quickly.
- Passion for product development, consumer trends, and building brands from concept to market.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn in a fast-moving environment.
- Interest in packaging design, label design, product mockups, ecommerce graphics, social media content, or brand marketing.
- Ability to create clean, modern, polished designs with strong attention to typography, layout, color, and brand consistency.
- Experience with design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, Canva, or similar platforms.
