Job Description

Remote Production Graphic Designer supporting high-volume production design workflows for U.S.-based visual communications. Collaborating with the Art Director and overseeing project delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Support high-volume production design workflows for a fast-paced U.S.-based visual communications team
  • Execute production design tasks with strong attention to detail
  • Prepare accurate production-ready files for physical output
  • Collaborate closely with the Art Director on design operations and project delivery

Requirements:

  • 3–4+ years of practical professional experience in production design, print production, or related design workflows
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and strong hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop
  • Proven experience preparing production-ready files for physical print output
  • Strong understanding of file setup, bleeds, safe zones, resolution requirements, and color modes (CMYK/RGB)
  • Experience working in high-volume production environments with fast turnaround times
  • Practical knowledge of vector graphics, file scaling, and print production workflows
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Adobe Firefly, or similar
  • Strong spoken and written English for daily collaboration with the internal design team
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills for file management and workflow execution
  • Ability to work independently, solve problems proactively, and manage tasks with minimal supervision
  • Availability to work full-time during Pacific Time business hours

Benefits:

  • Compensation: $1,600 monthly (USD)
