Job Description
Teilzeit-Grafiker*in gestaltet Print-, Digital- und HTML-Assets für Health Angels. Umsetzung präziser Gesundheitskommunikation in einem regulierten Healthcare-Umfeld.
Responsibilities:
- Design and adapt print and digital assets for B2C and B2B communications
- Create HTML banners
- Develop posters, small-scale campaigns, and communication initiatives
- Prepare and integrate data, indications, and mandatory content
- Create and adapt communication materials for different target audiences and markets
- Create, maintain, and adapt PowerPoint slide decks for global markets
- Occasionally develop key visuals and visual design concepts
- Quickly and accurately adapt existing assets when mandatory content changes at short notice
- Conduct quality control, finalize, and correctly deploy the communication materials created
- Work independently with colleagues from Creative, Consulting, and Strategy
- Work carefully, systematically, and accurately in a highly regulated healthcare environment, particularly within the context of the German Medicines Advertising Act (Heilmittelwerbegesetz)
Requirements:
- Completed vocational training or degree in graphic design, communication design, or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience, ideally in an agency, healthcare environment, or similarly fast-paced communications setting
- Proficient and experienced in using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Experience with After Effects and Figma
- Initial knowledge of animation or motion design in Figma is a plus
- Confident user of PowerPoint, with the ability to create clearly structured and visually compelling slide decks
- Strong affinity for AI and interest in integrating AI meaningfully into creative and operational workflows
- Strong commitment to quality and a keen eye for detail
- Structured, reliable, and independent working style
- Ability to stay organized and work accurately under tight deadlines
- Enjoyment of producing high-quality designs within clear guidelines
- Excellent German and English language skills
