Job Description
Graphic Designer creating real estate marketing collateral for Berkadia’s investment sales platform. Producing proposals, offering memorandums, graphics and branding while coordinating transaction marketing projects.
Responsibilities:
- Create compelling marketing materials and sales collateral for Investment Sales Producers
- Design real estate marketing materials including broker opinion of value proposals, offering memorandums, financial information, brochures, flyers and postcards
- Design graphics for text, numerical data, maps and infographics
- Present design work to business partners, collect feedback and make updates
- Create branding and design elements for custom property marketing
- Utilize property branding and augment it as necessary to create complete collateral
- Select and utilize color palettes, photography, typography and other design elements
- Collaborate with team members and departments in a remote/hybrid environment
- Coordinate listing-related marketing activities, project tasks and deliverables with research, email, digital marketing and Global Production Operations teams
- Track project progress and support escrow, closing and other transaction processes
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Advanced skills in design programs including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat and PowerPoint
- Visually inspiring portfolio showcasing creative, design, and technical abilities
- Experience in editorial design and formatting for medium to long length publications
- Experience with project management practices and tools such as Monday.com
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects with changing priorities
- Strong customer service skills and ability to manage expectations and provide innovative, client-focused, creative solutions
- Ability to create files for print and digital distribution
- Excellent business computer skills using Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- 2+ years of graphic design experience preferred
