Job Description

Graphic Designer creating real estate marketing collateral for Berkadia’s investment sales platform. Producing proposals, offering memorandums, graphics and branding while coordinating transaction marketing projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Create compelling marketing materials and sales collateral for Investment Sales Producers
  • Design real estate marketing materials including broker opinion of value proposals, offering memorandums, financial information, brochures, flyers and postcards
  • Design graphics for text, numerical data, maps and infographics
  • Present design work to business partners, collect feedback and make updates
  • Create branding and design elements for custom property marketing
  • Utilize property branding and augment it as necessary to create complete collateral
  • Select and utilize color palettes, photography, typography and other design elements
  • Collaborate with team members and departments in a remote/hybrid environment
  • Coordinate listing-related marketing activities, project tasks and deliverables with research, email, digital marketing and Global Production Operations teams
  • Track project progress and support escrow, closing and other transaction processes
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Advanced skills in design programs including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat and PowerPoint
  • Visually inspiring portfolio showcasing creative, design, and technical abilities
  • Experience in editorial design and formatting for medium to long length publications
  • Experience with project management practices and tools such as Monday.com
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects with changing priorities
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to manage expectations and provide innovative, client-focused, creative solutions
  • Ability to create files for print and digital distribution
  • Excellent business computer skills using Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • 2+ years of graphic design experience preferred
