Job Description
Group Product Manager leading Klaxoon’s whiteboarding and visual collaboration strategy at Wrike, a work management platform. Driving AI-native product development, adoption, product convergence, and Product Manager growth.
Responsibilities:
- Define the vision, priorities, and roadmap for Klaxoon across whiteboard experience, AI strategy, vertical differentiation, and Wrike/Klaxoon convergence
- Raise the Klaxoon product experience and drive adoption among Wrike customers
- Identify high-value vertical use cases
- Build processes, tooling, and mindsets for AI-native R&D and agentic workflows
- Coach, mentor, hire, develop, and manage the performance of Product Managers
- Build a shared product culture across Wrike and Klaxoon
- Balance adoption, AI, vertical strategy, customer retention, product convergence, innovation, customer expectations, and long-term strategy
- Align stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Solution Consulting, and executive leadership
- Strengthen integration between Wrike and Klaxoon teams, products, and cultures
Requirements:
- Proven experience leading Product Managers or managing a complex product area with multiple teams and stakeholders
- Deep understanding of product discovery, customer validation, positioning, roadmap strategy, prioritization, metrics, and product delivery
- Strong knowledge of B2B SaaS and enterprise customer needs
- Ability to make trade-offs across investments, customer expectations, product convergence, innovation, and long-term strategic direction
- Ability to align Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Solution Consulting, and executive stakeholders
- Experience coaching, mentoring, hiring, developing, and managing performance of Product Managers
- Practical understanding of AI-native product strategy and differentiated AI use cases in visual collaboration
- Ability to balance product power, simplicity, adoption, and customer experience
- Experience in visual collaboration, whiteboarding, CWM, work management, or team collaboration products
- Practical understanding of agentic workflows and AI-native product development
- Proficiency in French is a strong plus, not required
- CV must be submitted in English
