Job Description

Growth and Execution Support Coordinator role at Equitable, enhancing client financial well-being through logistics and relationship management. Focused on supporting distribution leadership and broker relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate logistics for Employee Benefits Sales Distribution Leadership Meetings
  • Serve as the primary organizer for regularly scheduled national brokers meeting
  • Support in the delivery/communication of marketing material to our national broker contacts
  • Assist in managing specialty market relationships
  • Developing broker sales insights to help drive growth
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly broker/general agency reports
  • Oversee the annual tracking and delivery of broker agreements
  • Monitor and track third-party distribution partnership financials
  • Be the point of contact for enrollment microsite creation
  • Maintain and communicate national broker rate cards and programs
  • Maintain broker profiles and technology profiles
  • Act as a backup resource for responding to Requests for Information (RFIs)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years professional work experience within Financial Services or similar industry
  • 2+ years experience within Employee Benefits/Insurance Industry and familiarity with group insurance product
  • Highly proficient with data management and reporting including preparing reports, synthesizing data, and ensuring accuracy across monthly/quarterly deliverables
  • Build presentations, managing meeting preparation/materials for all audiences up to Senior Leadership
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to create pivot tables in Excel
