Job Description
Growth Engineer focused on AI-native product demand and growth. Collaborates directly with executive leadership to enhance GTM strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Owns high-velocity agentic GTM demand and growth across strategic product portfolio
- Design strategy, orchestrate multi-agent workflows, and ship autonomous pipeline
- Collaborate directly with CEO and CRO, making decisions in hours
- Manage marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline for product launches
Requirements:
- AI-native builder, not AI-curious manager
- Experience shipping multiple production agent or LLM workflows
- Hands-on fluency with HubSpot, Clay-class tools, and ZoomInfo or comparable enterprise data platform
- Light code comfort (TypeScript or Python)
- Track record of selling into long, regulated enterprise cycles
