Job Description

Growth Marketer translating Provectus’s production AI systems into compelling stories, demos, and positioning. Building coded marketing tools and owning channels, experiments, and pipeline measurement.

Responsibilities:

  • Tell the technical and business stories behind production AI systems through video, writing, and demos
  • Work closely with delivery teams to understand what was difficult to build
  • Explain how systems changed operators' economics, including cost, replacement, and value to the CFO
  • Shape Provectus's positioning, claims, and areas where it chooses not to compete
  • Build marketing tools such as scrapers, agentic case-study generators, microsites, and pipeline dashboards
  • Write code directly rather than filing tickets
  • Own LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and emerging relevant channels
  • Write, publish, and measure channel performance
  • Run experiments with budget and autonomy
  • Track results and discontinue unsuccessful experiments

Requirements:

  • Shipped things people used, such as a side project, channel with an audience, tool, or launch
  • Strong writing ability and a clear point of view
  • Ability to hold attention for 90 seconds on video and 900 words on a page
  • Curiosity about how companies make money
  • Ability to read a business case and identify what matters
  • Comfortable speaking with a CFO or PE operator without focusing on features
  • Comfortable coding in Python or TypeScript
  • Uses Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent every day and has opinions about these tools
  • Has built something agentic that does actual work
  • Genuine interest in AI; reads papers or people who read papers
  • First job through tenth year of experience considered; three levels with the same bar
  • Early-career candidates should show a high-bar internship and portfolio with range
  • Senior candidates should describe what they built with their own hands in the last 90 days
  • Must be in New York or San Francisco, or willing to relocate

Benefits:

  • Performance bonus
  • Direct access to the people building the systems and the executives selling them
  • Small team with no layers between you and the work
  • Budget for tools, models, and experiments
  • No approval chain under a threshold for tools, models, and experiments
  • Promotion tied to output, not tenure
  • 401(k) profit sharing plan after probation period
  • Unlimited PTO policy
  • Medical, Visual and Dental insurance
