Job Description
Growth Marketing Lead focusing on user acquisition and building AI-native systems at CoinTracker. Overseeing paid channels and ensuring comprehensive attribution across marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Own paid acquisition end-to-end.
- Design and ship AI-native systems that compound.
- Write, produce, and test direct-response creative.
- Oversee SEO and content.
- Partner closely with lifecycle.
- Define and own the attribution model.
- Own the outcome, full-funnel.
Requirements:
- Bring 5+ years in performance marketing, growth, or marketing engineering at a consumer SaaS, fintech, marketplace, or DTC company.
- Think in systems and loops, not tasks and tickets.
- Have shipped systems in production, not demos.
- Have written copy and produced creative that actually performs.
- Own attribution and the read on what's working.
- Are fluent across the modern AI stack without being religious about any of it.
- Experiment fast and cheap.
- Operate hands-on.
- Move in days and weeks, not quarters.
