Job Description

Growth Marketing Manager at Amplify, owning go-to-market and acquisition strategies for e-commerce bundles. Directly collaborate with leadership and manage marketing end-to-end in a remote setup.

Responsibilities:

  • Own Amplify's go-to-market strategy – positioning, messaging, and how we win merchants
  • Plan, build, and optimize paid acquisition across Google, Meta, Shopify App Store – you name it
  • Own the growth funnel end to end: acquisition, activation, and the metrics that matter (CAC, ROAS, etc)
  • Run experiments across channels, landing pages, and offers
  • Sharpen how we position against competitors in the bundling and upsell space
  • Partner with Product and CS to turn customer insight into messaging and campaigns
  • Report clearly on what's driving growth and what to scale next

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in growth or performance marketing, with real ownership of acquisition and GTM
  • A track record of driving measurable growth – you can point to numbers you moved
  • Hands-on expertise running paid acquisition (Google, Meta, and similar channels)
  • Strong grasp of positioning and messaging
  • Comfortable owning metrics and making decisions from data
  • Self-directed and accountable: you thrive owning outcomes on a small team
  • Experience marketing to Shopify merchants, DTC brands, or the e-commerce ecosystem is a strong plus
  • Experience with B2B SaaS or direct-sales go-to-market is a plus
