Job Description

Growth Marketing Manager maintaining EVgo’s public charging listings across discovery platforms. Supporting content, campaigns, reporting, and cross-functional growth programs for the electric-vehicle charging network.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain EVgo’s business listings across Google Business Profile, Apple Maps, PlugShare, Uberall, and other discovery platforms
  • Resolve inconsistencies in hours, status, amenities, and location data
  • Manage listing updates for site launches, temporary outages, and reopenings
  • Coordinate with site operations and development partners to confirm status before publishing
  • Develop and maintain listing standards, checklists, and audit routines
  • Generate and refine listing content, including business descriptions, amenity details, coming-soon copy, and site announcements
  • Provide marketing content support by drafting and editing copy, adapting assets, and preparing campaign content for email, social, web, and in-app channels
  • Review content and asset requests for completeness and quality before release
  • Support seasonal campaigns by tracking and coordinating marketing projects
  • Maintain timelines, status updates, and cross-functional follow-ups
  • Build recurring reports and data pulls on listing performance
  • Summarize trends and gaps for the team
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of related experience in listings management, digital marketing, or marketing program coordination, or equivalent work experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is desired
  • Experience with content or asset QA workflows
  • Interest or experience in AI tools that support productivity and efficiency
  • Equivalent technical education or training in a related field accepted in lieu of a formal degree, including certification programs, relevant coursework, or demonstrated on-the-job learning
  • Strong written communication and editing skills
  • Experience with project tracking tools such as Monday
  • Occasional travel may be required for team or cross-functional meetings
