Job Description
Growth partnership specialist scaling compliant traffic pipelines for VT Markets’ global multi-asset brokerage. Managing media, affiliate, and non-standard supply partnerships while mitigating fraud and protecting margins.
Responsibilities:
- Report to the Growth Marketing Assistant Director
- Support commercial negotiations with growth media networks, non-standard traffic networks, and core agency partners
- Help enforce platform admission protocols to protect margin and commercial interests
- Identify, develop, and help onboard non-standard supply pipelines, including independent DSPs, ADXs, CTV publishers, and tier-1 Affiliate Networks
- Maintain a healthy, resilient traffic supply chain mechanism
- Support commercial reconciliations, traffic mitigation, clawback execution, and recovery processes against fraudulent or non-compliant traffic sources
- Collaborate with Engineering and Data teams to review vendor data logs and enforce data-driven accountability
- Support drafting and implementation of user acquisition SLA risk-control frameworks
- Identify contractual or process vulnerabilities with external partners
- Monitor digital advertising fraud topologies and strengthen internal safeguards
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners and develop new compliant, scalable user-acquisition supply pipelines
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field
- 3-4 years of hands-on experience in overseas traffic business development or global media buying
- Experience in cross-border FinTech, digital trading platforms, or Web3 projects is a plus
- Good understanding of the global long-tail traffic ecosystem
- Existing relationships with DSPs, ADXs, CTV publishers, or Affiliate Networks preferred
- Familiarity with SLA risk-control frameworks, including anti-hijacking, click-injection filters, and clawback trigger thresholds
- Ability to collaborate with Engineering/Data teams to review vendor data logs
- Strong negotiation skills
- Understanding of digital advertising fraud topologies and risk mitigation
- Fluent English, capable of handling legal and commercial discussions across cultures
- Ability to travel internationally occasionally and coordinate across global time zones
