Job Description
Growth Strategist blending client account management and growth strategy for a Swiss company. Remote role focusing on performance marketing and keen data analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Own and nurture client relationships.
- Drive growth strategy across paid channels.
- Coordinate effectively with media buyers and creative teams.
- Turn complex data into clear, actionable next steps.
- Ensure clients consistently hit KPIs across CAC, MER, ROAS, LTV, etc.
- Keep communication structured, proactive, and highly consistent.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, account management, or growth strategy roles.
- Possesses a deep understanding of paid acquisition (Meta, TikTok, Google) - while you won't execute daily, you must be fully capable of evaluating execution quality.
- Communicates exceptionally clearly and professionally.
- Has a proven ability to synthesize complex data into simple, actionable insights.
- Demonstrates strong ownership, accountability, and project management skills.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
