Job Description
GTM Engineer managing outbound campaigns for Hypergen, a B2B lead generation agency. Building Clay automations and optimizing cold-email copy, sequences, and timing for startup clients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage outbound campaigns for clients across various industries
- Create advanced Clay automations
- Continuously test and optimize email copies, sequences, and timing
- Communicate campaign progress and results to clients
- Stay up-to-date on trends and tools in outbound marketing
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with B2B marketing, especially outbound and cold email outreach
- Uses AI extensively for email tweaks and other tasks
- Proactive, eager to learn, and enjoys testing and iterating
- Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal
- Bonus: experience with PlusVibe, Apollo, BuiltWith, Clay, or RB2B
- Comfortable working 1 PM to 9 PM EET to sync with US-based clients
