Job Description
HCM data conversion developer converting PeopleSoft Finance and HR data to Workday. Building Python extraction scripts for Attain Partners, a consulting firm serving mission-driven clients.
Responsibilities:
- Convert data from PeopleSoft Finance and HR and supporting systems to the Workday ERP
- Ensure data conversion accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project timelines
- Create scripts to extract data from PeopleSoft tables
- Perform data cleansing as instructed by the Senior Data Developer
- Create extensive documentation of requirements and script logic
- Frequently update scripts to provide data extracts as instructed by the Senior Data Conversion Developer
- Follow the program’s guiding principles and ways of working
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data conversion development in Python and data management
- Good understanding of data mapping, data modeling, and data integration concepts
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Ability to self-manage and operate independently
- Ability to manage complex data conversion activities
- Ability to adjust priorities as data conversion work pace and needs require
