Job Description
Head of Commercial Product Marketing leading a high-performing team on Marketing strategy development. Overseeing TD AMCB Commercial products and ensuring relevance to customers in a complex business environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a high-performing team, supporting multi-complex portfolios on the development and execution of Marketing strategy planning
- Act as a key contributor in influencing business operational decisions
- Ensure TD AMCB Commercial products and services are relevant and compelling to customers
- Develop an integrated marketing plan with understanding of marketing investment driving account growth
- Grow Marketing professionals by providing feedback, coaching, and performance management
- Oversee the successful design of marketing plans and customer-centric programs
- Build and maintain close relationships with senior business partners
- Manage overall discipline and strategy for respective areas while aligning to enterprise best practices
- Set operational team direction and collaborate with others to execute on common goals
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience required; MBA preferred
- 15+ years relevant experience
- Advanced knowledge of multiple marketing disciplines, strategy development, consulting principles
- Knowledge of current and emerging competitor and market trends
- Knowledge of risk management environment, standards and regulations
- Ability to contribute to strategic direction of the function and provide advice to senior leadership
- Skill in managing budgets, P&L and resource allocation
- Advanced ability to lead, plan, implement and evaluate program/project activities
- Skill in talent development and performance management
- Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines
