Job Description
Head of Growth overseeing marketing strategies for 12minutes and ouchie, focusing on growth and profitability in family health. Collaborating closely with founders and managing a significant marketing engine.
Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for the marketing strategy for both brands and will continue to build out our marketing engine
- Develop and implement the growth strategy across both brands together with David
- Scale paid channels, content, creator partnerships, CRM and conversion
- Manage and further develop existing performance structures
- Scale marketplaces and retail (e.g. Amazon, pharmacies and drugstores) as new channels
- Identify and test new growth levers
- Expand cross-selling, funnel optimization and retention
- Build and manage external partners and internal resources
- Long-term: internationalization, new channels and team building
Requirements:
- Several years of experience in DTC, e-commerce or growth marketing
- Proven track record of scaling a brand or digital business
- Strong in both strategy and execution
- Comfortable working with KPIs such as CAC, LTV, ROAS and conversion
- Entrepreneurial mindset, ownership and hands-on mentality
- Very good German and good English
