Job Description
Head Jurídico leading legal operations at Voll, a company simplifying mobility with technology. Responsible for contracts, compliance, and legal governance.
Responsibilities:
- As Head of Legal, you will be responsible for leading and structuring all legal areas of the company, ensuring security and agility in our processes.
- Contracts: Management and review of commercial agreements and partnerships.
- Corporate: Support in governance and corporate matters.
- Litigation: Management of legal proceedings and preventive strategies.
- Compliance: Ensure legal and ethical compliance across all operations.
Requirements:
- Law degree with active registration in the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
- Solid experience in Contracts, Corporate, Litigation, and Compliance.
- Leadership profile and ability to build departments from scratch.
- Tech mindset (differential): At Voll, we believe in leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) to optimize legal work. We do not expect prior experience, but we seek someone with strong curiosity, a willingness to learn, and a desire to develop AI applications in day-to-day legal operations.
