Job Description

Head of Revenue Marketing driving demand generation for Net at Work, focused on scalable AI-powered pipeline creation. Collaborating across Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations to enhance growth strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage multi-channel demand generation strategies across digital, events, ABM, partner, and outbound channels
  • Leverage AI-driven audience segmentation, intent data, and predictive modeling to improve targeting and conversion
  • Orchestrate full-funnel campaigns with product marketing managers using automation and agentic workflows to increase speed, scale, and personalization
  • Work closely with the BDR management team to optimize outreach strategies and use AI-assisted insights to drive pipeline progression and efficiency improvements
  • Track and report on channel mix success using performance data, CAC efficiency, and AI-based recommendations
  • Own funnel performance through SQO (Inquiry → MQL → SQO)
  • Deploy AI models and analytics to identify bottlenecks, leakage points, and conversion opportunities in real time
  • Utilize agentic tools to autonomously surface insights, recommend actions, and trigger optimizations across the funnel
  • Establish standardized funnel definitions, governance, and performance benchmarks
  • Work with the Martech, internal agency and product marketing teams to integrate AI tools (predictive scoring, generative content, conversational AI, data enrichment, intent platforms)
  • Work with the Martech, internal agency and product marketing teams to deploy agentic workflows that automate campaign execution, lead routing, scoring, and reporting
  • Ensure data integrity, unified customer view, and seamless system interoperability
  • Define and manage multi-touch attribution models enhanced by AI for more accurate revenue mapping
  • Partner with Sales and RevOps to build forecasting models and pipeline coverage frameworks
  • Establish shared accountability for pipeline generation and revenue outcomes
  • Use predictive analytics to anticipate pipeline gaps and proactively adjust programs
  • Participate in executive forecasting cadences with data-backed insights and scenario modeling
  • Define models for AI-driven lead scoring, routing, and next-best-action frameworks for in-life clients.
  • Optimize in-life engagement through personalization engines and behavior-triggered campaigns
  • Continuously refine lead management processes with automation and agent-based orchestration for in-life client base
  • Establish a rigorous reporting cadence supported by real-time dashboards and insights including performance alerts
  • Enforce SLAs across Marketing, BDR, and Partner channel team with automated monitoring and escalation workflows
  • Deliver executive-level performance reporting with clear diagnostics, root-cause analysis, and recommended actions
  • Identify and redesign manual, fragmented marketing processes into automated, AI-driven workflows
  • Build and deploy agentic systems that can: Execute campaign tasks autonomously, Monitor funnel health and trigger interventions, Recommend budget allocation and channel optimization across channels
  • Work with Product Marketing and the Internal Agency to generate and test content variations at scale
  • Establish a culture of continuous improvement through AI experimentation and rapid iteration
  • Evaluate and pilot emerging AI tools to maintain a competitive advantage in demand generation.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years in B2B marketing with deep expertise in demand generation and revenue marketing
  • Proven track record of building predictable pipeline engines in SMB and mid-market environments
  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered marketing tools (predictive analytics, generative AI, conversational AI, intent platforms)
  • Experience using marketing automation and CRM platforms (Marketo, Dynamics, Outreach, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of data architecture, attribution modeling, and revenue analytics
  • Demonstrated success in driving process transformation through automation and AI
  • Familiarity with agentic frameworks, workflow automation tools, and API-based integrations is strongly preferred
  • Operates with a revenue-first mindset with accountability to pipeline and revenue outcomes
  • Change agent capable of leading AI transformation across marketing teams
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator with Sales, RevOps, and Executive Leadership
  • Balances strategic vision with hands-on execution and rapid iteration.
