Job Description
Healthcare RCM and clinical operations professionals discussing AI evaluation, deployment, and workflow challenges. Paid remote interview for Terac’s healthcare AI research.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in a remote voice or video call structured as an interview
- Walk through current daily clinical or revenue cycle management workflows
- Detail processes for evaluating and deploying AI models in healthcare settings
- Describe operational challenges when integrating administrative tools
- Provide feedback on AI utilization scenarios within medical billing
- Discuss how teams measure the success of AI implementations
Requirements:
- Professional experience in healthcare revenue cycle management or clinical operations
- Familiarity with evaluating or utilizing AI models in administrative workflows
- Comfortable discussing technical and operational challenges in healthcare billing
- Active role in overseeing or executing system integrations at your organization
- Revenue cycle management director, healthcare billing manager, clinical operations leader, health informatics specialist, or technical lead experience
- Direct experience utilizing or evaluating AI models within a healthcare setting
