Job Description

HR Information Support Specialist managing SharePoint content, policy workflows, and knowledge articles. Supporting Amentum's global engineering and technology solutions through HR information governance.

Responsibilities:

  • Support enterprise HR information governance and content alignment initiatives
  • Maintain inventories, trackers, status reports, and project documentation
  • Review HR information assets for governance, metadata, formatting, and content compliance
  • Conduct document comparisons and support content consolidation, migration, cleanup, archival, and repository maintenance
  • Track content ownership, review schedules, publication status, and retention requirements
  • Identify outdated, duplicate, conflicting, or inconsistent content and coordinate updates
  • Support policy review, approval, publication, and maintenance workflows
  • Create, edit, format, and publish HR knowledge articles
  • Partner with subject matter experts to gather information and draft user-friendly content
  • Administer SharePoint sites, pages, document libraries, navigation structures, and content repositories
  • Support ServiceNow and Microsoft 365 content management and workflow tools
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, metrics, and HR Leadership reporting
  • Assist with testing and implementing process and technology improvements
  • Coordinate with HR Centers of Excellence, Business HR teams, policy owners, and content contributors
  • Schedule and facilitate review meetings and working sessions
  • Follow up on review assignments, approvals, and action items
  • Support change adoption and user engagement activities

Requirements:

  • Three (3) or more years of experience supporting content management, knowledge management, policy administration, SharePoint administration, or related discipline
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Information or Knowledge Management, or related field
  • Experience creating, editing, and maintaining business documentation
  • Experience coordinating document review and approval workflows
  • Experience working with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 applications
  • Strong technical and business writing, proofreading, formatting, and editing skills
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of policy lifecycle administration, knowledge article development, content editing and quality review, document management, version control, and metadata management
  • Strong to Expert level Microsoft 365 knowledge, including SharePoint Online, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Microsoft Lists
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow Knowledge Management
  • Strong documentation development and process documentation skills
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Data analysis and reporting skills
