Job Description
HR/recruitment intern supporting candidate sourcing and hiring workflows for Occibo, a SaaS platform helping creators produce children’s books. Remote worldwide, unpaid internship.
Responsibilities:
- Source candidates across EU and India using join.com and job platforms
- Build and maintain a structured candidate pipeline
- Screen resumes and shortlist profiles based on role needs
- Reach out to candidates by phone and email and manage follow-ups
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with the founder
- Maintain accurate hiring tracker and status updates
- Support job posting and distribution
- Assist in basic employer branding and outreach efforts
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English
- Interest in recruitment, HR, or startup operations
- Organized and detail focused
- Comfortable working remotely and managing tasks independently
- Basic familiarity with LinkedIn or job boards
- Availability details in a cover letter are requested
