Job Description
HRIS coordinator providing Tier 1 employee support for Apis Services’ behavioral health and human services affiliates. Managing HR cases, systems questions, and service improvements remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers seeking HR support through ONE HR Services
- Respond to inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, forms, benefits, employment information, and HR systems
- Resolve routine HR questions at first contact whenever possible
- Create, update, document, and close HR service cases accurately and timely
- Maintain ownership of employee inquiries through resolution or approved handoff
- Assist employees with ADP, onboarding, timekeeping, HR portal, and general HR system questions
- Route complex issues to the appropriate HR specialist while ensuring a seamless employee experience
- Protect confidential employee information and maintain compliance with privacy requirements
- Utilize knowledge articles, SOPs, and service resources to provide consistent guidance
- Monitor open cases and ensure timely follow-up and resolution
- Identify recurring trends and opportunities to improve the employee experience
- Participate in service improvement initiatives, system enhancements, and process optimization efforts
- Support enterprise-wide HR initiatives, acquisitions, and organizational growth activities
Requirements:
- High school diploma required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in HR, HR operations, employee services, customer service, or administrative support
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Experience supporting HR service centers or shared services environments preferred
- Experience using HRIS, case management, ticketing, call center, or service management systems preferred
- Experience with ADP or other HR technology platforms preferred
- Knowledge of human resources practices and employee support processes preferred
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and reach as needed
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
- Ability to work at a computer for extended periods of time
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
