Job Description
Consultor de Implantação e Negócios Pleno at NEXDOM Healthtech focusing on billing processes and client training. Engage in project management and legal compliance for health insurance operators.
Responsibilities:
- Provide consulting services and implement the SGU GPL Billing module;
- Negotiate processes, deadlines, task changes, training and project documentation with the client;
- Assist in process mapping, deliver user training, and oversee all stages of the implementation, ensuring effective communication between the client and the involved team;
- Participate in regular meetings to maintain continuous project alignment and prepare planned work roadmaps, optimizing activities;
- Monitor schedules, control deadlines and deliverables, and perform post-implementation follow-up to ensure appropriate use of products and services;
- Stay up to date with legal requirements that affect the product, assess their impact and promote necessary adjustments. Perform related activities as directed by leadership.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of billing processes: subscription/monthly billing, co-participation (cost-sharing) billing, and the legislation and legal obligations of operators before ANS;
- Familiarity with the Unimed system;
- Experience with the SGU system;
- Strong communication, collaboration and proactivity skills;
