Job Description
Information Security Consultant leading complex cyber incident investigations for Eurofins, an international life sciences and laboratory testing company. Strengthening SOC capabilities through forensics, remediation, and response coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Lead investigations and resolution of complex cybersecurity incidents
- Analyse and correlate security events from SIEM, IDS, EDR, antivirus, firewall and proxy solutions
- Conduct digital forensic investigations
- Provide expert guidance throughout the incident response lifecycle
- Work closely with Security and IT teams
- Support remediation efforts
- Improve SOC procedures
- Contribute to the continuous development of security capabilities
- Coordinate response activities in complex environments
- Be occasionally available outside standard working hours during critical incidents
Requirements:
- At least five years of experience in a SOC Analyst, Threat Hunter, Threat Researcher or Incident Response role
- Hands-on experience in incident handling, alert management and cybersecurity investigations
- Strong knowledge of modern attack techniques, threat actors and attack vectors
- Experience with digital forensics, host- and network-based investigations, memory analysis and malware analysis
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Candidates must be based anywhere in Poland
