Job Description
Infrastructure Partner Director managing partnerships with cloud and hardware providers for Deepgram's voice AI deployment. Focusing on technical integrations and revenue growth through joint solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with hardware and cloud infrastructure partners.
- Drive technical integrations, joint solution architecture, and co-engineering initiatives with partners.
- Identify joint go-to-market motions with infrastructure sales teams to expand co-sell opportunities.
- Foster strong relationships with partners through regular communication in order to define value propositions and positioning for joint solutions.
- Monitor and report on the progress of joint solution development timelines and infrastructure integrations.
- Participate in partner and customer meetings, presentations, and negotiations to help close OEM/resale and referral deals.
- Work across the organization to build product partner materials for both internal and external parties.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies that could impact partner infrastructure initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in partner management, business development, or technical sales roles within the technology or infrastructure industry.
- Demonstrated experience in driving technical and business engagement with hardware and cloud infrastructure partners.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ability to work across departments to set and achieve goals.
- Strong understanding of AI, speech recognition, or related technology domains.
- Experience with hardware (e.g., servers, GPUs) or cloud-edge deployment models.
