Job Description
Chef de Projet Infrastructures managing IT infrastructure projects for Inetum, a digital services leader in Europe. Overseeing project delivery, technical implementation, and cross-team collaboration within budget and quality expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Define the organization and governance of infrastructure projects.
- Assess workloads, estimate the budget, and establish the overall project schedule.
- Determine necessary resources (human, technical, financial) and ensure their availability.
- Ensure project delivery in accordance with the objectives defined in the baseline (budget, quality, schedule, scope).
- Identify, analyze and manage project risks, and ensure the implementation of appropriate mitigation plans.
- Monitor work progress and produce regular reports for governance bodies.
- Track and analyze project performance indicators (KPIs) and propose corrective actions when necessary.
- Maintain expertise in key infrastructure domains.
- Participate in the design of technical architectures and in the selection of solutions in collaboration with experts and architects.
Requirements:
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science, Networking or Information Systems.
- Significant experience (5 to 10 years) in managing IT infrastructure projects in complex or multi-site environments.
- Strong knowledge of systems (Windows, Linux), virtualization, storage, networking, cloud and cybersecurity.
- Proficient with project tracking tools (MS Project, JIRA, etc.).
- Familiarity with monitoring and automation tools (Ansible, Nagios, Zabbix, etc.).
- Leadership and ability to bring together multidisciplinary teams.
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage priorities and work in demanding contexts.
- ITIL certification recommended.
- A project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) is a plus.
