Job Description

Personal Injury Sales Agent at Berry Law converting leads into retained clients. Delivering exceptional client experiences while meeting performance metrics in a competitive environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales conversion targets by converting qualified personal injury leads into retained clients.
  • Deliver a white-glove intake experience reflecting Berry Law's commitment to serving injured clients.
  • Maintain accurate, real-time documentation of all client interactions and sales activity to ensure a strong sales pipeline.
  • Execute Berry Law's proven personal injury sales process while continuously improving through coaching and training.
  • Quickly assess the viability and value of personal injury cases and identify high-value cases.

Requirements:

  • Proven success in sales or other competitive, performance-driven environments
  • Comfortable working with sales metrics, KPIs, and performance targets
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to team success
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in personal injury, medical treatment, healthcare, insurance, or related fields (strongly preferred)
  • Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Clio, etc.) (also preferred)
  • Bilingual capabilities (Spanish/English) a plus (also preferred)
